    Let the two-digit natural number = 10x + y
    On reversing its digit, the number formed = 10y+x
    As per the question,
    (10x + y)/(10y+y) = 4/7
    7(10x+y) = 4(10y+x)
    70x + 7y = 40y + 4x
    66x = 33y
    2x = y
    Therefore, such pairs are 12, 24, 36, 48
    The number of such pairs is 4.
