As the given series contains 1,2,3,4,5,…alphabets from the beginning. It started with the first alphabet of the series, then the first two alphabets, then the first three alphabets, and so on.
Up to to 13th term, the number of alphabets = [n(n+1)]/2
= [13 (13+1)]/2 = [13 (14)]/2 = 13×7 = 91
Again, the series will start with the A alphabet (92nd position).
So the 100th alphabet will be ‘I’.
